RETURN / EXCHANGE / REFUND POLICIES
Most of our products include plants, which are unique, living things, so we can't guarantee their exact life span. However, we do guarantee that they will arrive healthy along with a detailed instruction card explaining their care step-by-step. It is perfectly normal for the plants to have minor leaf imperfections and vary slightly in size and shape from the ones pictured. While some photos may show the air plants in bloom, we try to ship the plants prior to blooming so you get to enjoy the entire bloom cycle.
Products not including plants are eligible for exchange or return within 7 days of purchase, so long as they are returned to us in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, please include a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please keep in mind, this process takes time depending on your credit card merchant.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within a reasonable time frame, please contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Only regular priced items may be refunded.
We only replace items (not including plants) if they are defective or damaged. If you'd like to exchange a product, please contact us by email at email@example.com.
Shipping for Returns or Exchanges
You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We suggest that you use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance in case your package gets lost or damaged. We do not take responsibility for lost or damaged packages.
