1. How do you ship Roots in Rust's products? - We ship the majority of our packages via USPS Priority Mail. All packages include tracking and insurance. A shipping notice with the tracking number is e-mailed to you when your order is shipped. All items are packaged securely to ensure that the products arrive safely. *Certain oversized packages are most cost-effective to ship via UPS Ground. You will be notified if your package is being shipped via UPS.
2. How fast will I get my order? - USPS guarantees Priority Mail to be delivered within 3-4 business days. Please note that we have no control over their service in case weather-related, or other delays occur. We ship orders within 3-4 days of receipt, however, custom orders may take longer. The amount of time needed for those orders will be clearly communicated at the time you place the order.
3. Do you shop internationally? - due to agricultural regulations, plants cannot be shipped outside of the continental United States (**this includes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico) We are happy to ship all our products internationally that do NOT include plants. 5. How can I pay for my order? - Your are welcome to use PayPal, Google Checkout, American Express, Mastercard, and Visa to complete your purchase.
6. Where is my stuff? - You can use your tracking number (we provide it to you in an email at the time your order ships) to check your orders status. Generally, shipping via USPS Priority Mail will take about 3-4 business days. Shipping to Canada can take up to 10 days. The length of international shipping greatly varies based on destination and can take anywhere between 2 to 6 weeks.
7. Do you ever offer discounts or free shipping? - We do! Occasionally we will run specials and offer discounted shipping and a percentage off orders. 8. How do your gift certificates work? - Gift certificates are purchased through our website just like any other product. Upon checkout, please enter the recipient's name, email and physical address so we can promptly deliver it to them. Be sure to indicate your preferred delivery. Please double-check your entry for accuracy, as we cannot take responsibility for gift certificates sent to the incorrect address or email. Gift certificates cannot be combined with any other offer. Any remaining balance will not carry over, so the certificate's full value should be used when making a purchase.
